How to get rid of Gingivitis

Gingivitis is an oral infectivity which is characterized by tender and swollen gums that can easily bleed and have started to recede from the teeth. This may be due to the plague swelling where as plague is microscopic pile of food particles, bacteria and mucus which is found in the mouth daily and then stick to the teeth. The bacteria reproduce and make toxins in the moist and warm environment of the human mouth and then they assault and annoy the gums. So we can get rid of gingivitis by using some tips that will help us.


We should use turmeric having cur cumin because it has an anti provocative and antioxidant properties which can decrease the plague, irritation and swelling very effectively and quickly of your gums. It can also help in lessen the activity of bacteria which then protect gums from further infections.

The simplest thing that can be done to get rid of gingivitis is to use salt water. It is very effective remedy against gingivitis. As salt has antiseptic and antibacterial properties which help in curing gums and teeth related problems. It is very good in treating swollen and distended gums.

Oil Pulling

Oil pulling is such an easy and ordinary Ayurvedic method which helps to reduce the bacteria that is causing gingivitis. It also facilitates to diminish plague and strengthen your gums.

Lemon Juice 

As lemon is having properties of anti inflammatory and anti bacterial this could help to cure the gum problems naturally. It also includes vitamin C which helps in fighting off the infection.

Baking Soda 

Baking soda is also very effective remedy which can be used to get rid of gingivitis. As baking soda has an acid neutralizing superiority which might help in dipping the chances of tooth decay and gum diseases.


To cure gingivitis the use of clove is very beneficial as it has strong antioxidant, analgesic and antiseptic properties. You just have to chew cloves thrice for each day to treat gingivitis.
